About the Role:
Join the CrowdStrike mission to stop breaches as a trusted technical advisor working with our most strategic partners across KSA and the Middle East.

As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the team revolutionizing the cybersecurity landscape through CrowdStrike's AI-Native Security Platform. Working with leading technology partners and system integrators across the Kingdom, your expertise will directly influence how major local and regional partners protect organizations and help them achieve their security transformation goals — in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in building and nurturing security partnerships within the KSA market, transforming how local partners deliver cybersecurity to their customers. Working closely with our Channel and Alliance Managers, you'll shape how KSA-based partners build and deliver next-generation security services using CrowdStrike's advanced technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with partner technical and sales leadership teams across KSA, spanning Endpoint, Identity, AIDR, Data Protection & NG-SIEM

  • Architect and design security services with local partners and distributors, leveraging CrowdStrike's Falcon platform capabilities to address the KSA market's specific needs and regulatory requirements

  • Develop and execute long-term enablement plans supporting partner go-to-market initiatives, with a train-the-trainer mindset and a focus on building local technical capability

  • Drive platform adoption strategy, helping KSA partners build comprehensive and differentiated security offerings for their customers

  • Enable partners in embedding the Falcon Platform within their managed services portfolios, supporting NCA and other local compliance frameworks

  • Support technical GTM strategy and growth with assigned KSA focus partners, fostering strong day-to-day working relationships with partner teams

  • Create and deliver technical training programs enabling partners to demo, deploy, and support CrowdStrike solutions

  • Lead partners to achieve technical self-sufficiency in service delivery and platform implementation

  • Enable partners on POC/POV best practices and provide competitive positioning guidance against key vendors in the KSA market

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and technical planning sessions with partner leadership

  • Drive technical partner programs including Falcon Champions, identifying and nurturing local partner champions

  • Act as the primary bridge between KSA partners and CrowdStrike's internal technical and product teams, ensuring partner feedback is heard and acted upon

  • Represent CrowdStrike as a trusted technical voice at local industry events, partner summits, and cybersecurity conferences across the Kingdom

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record (8+ years) in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Presales within the KSA or broader GCC cybersecurity market

  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with partners, system integrators, and customers at all levels — from technical practitioners to C-suite stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of the KSA cybersecurity landscape, including awareness of NCA regulations, Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives, and local market dynamics

  • Experience in designing and implementing security solutions at enterprise scale within the region

  • Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR solutions and SOC operations, with the ability to articulate value to both technical and business audiences

  • Technical expertise in endpoint protection, identity management, and security operations

  • Strong competitive intelligence with the ability to confidently position CrowdStrike's Falcon Platform as the preferred solution in the KSA market

  • Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies

  • Solution Architect mindset — GTM-focused, business-oriented, and pipeline-driven, with a genuine passion for partner success

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility across diverse audiences and cultures

  • Culturally aware and sensitive, with experience working effectively within the KSA business environment

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy while remaining closely aligned with regional team goals

  • Willingness to travel regularly across KSA and occasionally across the broader META region

  • Fluent Arabic and English required

  • Industry certifications (CISSP, SANS, CEH, or equivalent) preferred

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and partner engagement outcomes
