The Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Business Office is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager. The CGO FP&A team will serve as a key interface between CGO and the Program SBU Finance Teams as well as key functional partners. Along with the CGO FP&A director, this position will help deliver a consistent, transparent outlook for all CGO-related financials and ensure appropriate and compliant accounting treatment. This position will also assist with management of munitions acceleration investments, which will include tracking, reporting, and consolidating investment metrics across all munitions programs. Additionally, this position will help create key presentations to status progress across the munitions and CGO investments efforts.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a key finance interface between CGO, Program SBU Finance, and key functional partners, ensuring alignment on financial deliverables, reporting requirements, and investment activities
- Manage FP&A deliverables for the CGO, including investment tracking, monthly forecast deliverables, and Long Range Plan (LRP) deliverables
- Partner with the CGO FP&A Director in the preparation of senior leadership presentations and financial reviews.
- Partner with CGO team, Raytheon FP&A / Accounting, and program finance leaders to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and financial controls across all munitions programs
- Support with eCAR submission for capital requests as needed
- Work with CGO and Program Finance peers to drive continuous improvement and automation of CGO financial processes, reporting, and analytics to improve efficiency/
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Work and/or PowerPoint)
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Quality, etc.)
- Experience in applications of EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/ Schedule Integration or a similar system

- Proven ability to build cross-functional teams through influence without formal authority
- Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts
- Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP
- Experience with financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning and risk & opportunity management
- Excellent presentation, communication, and professional skills
- Proven analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with both internal and external customers
- Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
- Direct communication with Government customers

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
