Business Process Manager
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The Business Process Manager (BPM) applies subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex
business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on
process related problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment to
identify and recommend a solution. May act as a team or project leader facilitating information validation
and team decision making regarding processes design, re-engineering and improvement.
HPE’s Global Shared Delivery is constantly evolving and adapting to company’s business needs via
operational and organization change projects, targeting process improvements. BPM leads these key
operational initiatives within GSD via process/project and consultancy work.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Owns process design and re-engineering due to organizational or system changes and specific business requirements
- Responsible for processes delivery to agreed scope and within timelines, executes close monitoring and control
- Communicates effectively to all levels of the supported organization, to manage process design and process related project activities
- End to end responsible and single point of contact for all the financial flow of the respective process, if applicable
- Acts as a second point of escalation and ensures risk mitigation is in place
- Defines and implements process KPIs, sets targets, designs needed documentation
- Meets all internal & external audit requirements
- Provides regular updates to key stakeholders on the business planning and resource requirements
- Develops and delivers training for process implementation
- Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- HPE procedures/policies are strictly followed Labor legislation is strictly adhered
- Process standardization and optimization
- Reporting is provided according to deadlines
- Action plans are prepared on time
- Corrective actions are driven accordingly to defined
- All stakeholders timely informed on process changes
- Analysis and improvement plan for process KPI’s are in place
- Supported processes conforming to company’s QMS

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience with similar job scope
Other requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Fluency in other European language is a an advantage

- MS SharePoint skills
- MS Access and MS Visio skills is an advantage
- Process Management software and tools
- ITIL Intermediate is an advantage
- PMP Certification is an advantage
