Business Operations Specialist

The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Expert Business Operations Specialist to support 737 Program Management in Renton, WA. This role will support the 737 Leadership Team.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic business partner to program leadership within Business Operations, providing insight, guidance, and recommendations to support program objectives and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional coordination of business operations activities to ensure alignment across priorities, plans, commitments, and execution on the 737 Program.
Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Support development, integration, and execution of program strategies, operating plans, and key business rhythms.
Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, resolving issues, and escalating risks or decisions as needed.
Partner with functional and program teams to improve business processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver executive-level communication, reporting, and presentations to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance business operations, enable program success, and support long-term strategic goals.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role
10+ year of experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
10+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high- level projects for Executives or Senior leadership
10+ years of experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working as strategic partner to complex manufacturing leadership teams
Experience leading across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
Experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processes
Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment
Prior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management Organizations

$156,400 - $172,960
