Creates specifications for RDS and Trade Desk reports and analyses based on business need and available data elements. Provides consultation to RDS and Trade Desk stakeholders on optimal methods to access, analyze, and derive meaning from produced datasets and reports. May analyze complex business issues across both domains, constructing forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on dealer and marketplace data. Contributes to development and ensures ongoing application of data governance structures and controls for RDS and Trade Desk reporting.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

·       Delivers recurring performance analytics for Remote Dealer Services (RDS), tracking Core Client conversion (inspections-based methodology), Inspection Volume, Sales, and MMI Sales Conversion metrics, and communicates trends to RDS stakeholders.

·       Supports MMI reporting by validating sales conversion metrics against business-approved thresholds and correcting classification logic in coordination with business stakeholders.

·       Builds and maintains Trade Desk broker performance reporting (e.g., broker overview dashboards), incorporating impact tracking for new program initiatives and bid-activity metrics to support Trade Desk leadership decision-making.

·       Partners with Trade Desk and RDS stakeholders to translate ad hoc data requests into recurring, self-service reporting assets.

·       Investigates and resolves data discrepancies (e.g., ETL timing gaps, join logic errors) impacting RDS and Trade Desk reporting accuracy.

·       Works closely with allied / supported functions and commercial teams to understand business priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

·       Applies accepted methods and tools to identify, gather, develop and analyze appropriate datasets.

·       Takes responsibility for and delivers basic Business Intelligence work-streams, including revenue, marketplace, consumer and related analytics for designated business areas, data synthesis and insight generation, report development and distribution.

·       Produces business intelligence by querying data repositories and generating reports.

·       Works on standard, recurring and ad-hoc projects and analyses.

·       Assists in the development and enhancement of data pipelines, workflows and queries.

·       Manages the flow of information including integrity, efficiency, and availability of data.

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process and business principles, industry practices and standards.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data patterns, break down business problems, and propose basic solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, open to feedback, share progress and ask questions to ensure alignment with team goals.
