The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, leading scrum teams through agile delivery cycles, preparing and presenting management reports, and actively engaging with product owners to ensure alignment of project goals.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a project-driven environment

• 2+ years of experience utilizing Jira to track work for a team

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements

• Experience as the Scrum Master of a development team 

• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management 

• Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts

• Top Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in management reporting, including proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards

• Ability to engage effectively with product owners and stakeholders at all levels

• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 

• Agile or Scrum Methodologies Certification such as Certified Scrum Master or equivalent

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
