BestX Multi- Asset Sales/Support Vice President

Purpose of the Role

The Sales and Client Service Specialist is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of BestX's multi-asset execution analytics and decision intelligence solutions across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures markets.

The role combines deep product expertise, sales, and relationship management to help institutional clients enhance trading performance, meet best execution obligations, and optimize execution decision-making across the trade lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert across BestX's suite of solutions, including execution analytics, TCA, pre-trade analytics, benchmarking, liquidity intelligence, and BestXecutor.
  • Developing new business opportunities with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, corporates, and other institutional market participants.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnership, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Managing the sales pipeline from prospect identification through contract execution and onboarding.
  • Understanding client workflows, challenges, and strategic objectives, translating these into commercially viable product opportunities.
  • Acting as the voice of the client internally by gathering market feedback and collaborating with Product, Quantitative Research, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Taking ownership of complex client issues and driving successful outcomes through proactive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supporting BestX's vision of transforming execution measurement into execution decision intelligence.

Major Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Generate new revenue opportunities across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures markets.
  • Promote the adoption of BestX's analytics, pre-trade, and execution decision support products.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key buy-side and sell-side stakeholders.
  • Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across the BestX product suite.

Product Expertise & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain expert knowledge of market structure, electronic trading workflows, transaction cost analysis, best execution frameworks, and execution performance measurement.
  • Develop deep understanding of BestX products including:
    • Multi-asset TCA and Execution Analytics
    • BestXecutor
    • Pre-Trade Analytics
    • Liquidity and Venue Analysis
    • Benchmarking and Market Intelligence
    • Decision Support and Workflow Tools
  • Monitor industry developments, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes impacting electronic trading and best execution.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from BestX solutions.
  • Ensure client feedback is effectively communicated to product and development teams.
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
  • Work closely with implementation, support, and product teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Leadership, Risk & Governance

  • Operate in compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote an environment that welcomes constructive challenge and open discussion.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Quant Research, Operations, and Client Services.
  • Demonstrate and promote a strong culture of Risk Excellence and sound commercial judgment.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Extensive knowledge of electronic trading, execution analytics, best execution, and market structure across one or more asset classes, with the ability to expand knowledge across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in electronic trading, fintech, execution analytics, market structure, or institutional sales.
  • Experience selling or supporting technology solutions to institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of execution workflows, trading venues, algorithms, liquidity sourcing, and transaction cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of global best execution regulations including MiFID II, ASIC, SEC, FCA, and equivalent regional frameworks.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Heads of Trading, Portfolio Managers, Chief Investment Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and Trading Technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Desirable

  • Experience with multi-asset execution analytics, pre-trade analytics, TCA, EMS/OMS platforms, or trading technology solutions.
  • Experience working with quantitative analytics, data-driven products, or electronic trading workflows.
  • Understanding of algorithmic execution, venue analytics, and decision support technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $210,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
