Hourly base pay rate is $13.70 - $20.53/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. What This Opportunity Is
This is a paid, 12-week apprenticeship program (the “Program”) designed to help you build the skills needed to start a career as an automotive technician.
What You’ll Do
You’ll get your hands dirty learning the ins and outs of the automotive technician field. With guidance, you’ll develop new skills to add to your growing toolbox.
- Work with a mentor technician for coaching and guidance
- Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
- Perform basic auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush and vehicle inspection. Work shifts may vary based on business need.
- Learn to safely use tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced shop
- Perform other duties as assigned by mentor, supervisor or manager.

You love working with your hands and your mind. You’re passionate about vehicle technology and love to stay up to date on best practices in the auto world. You are mature, focused and ready to work hard
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ months of related automotive experience
- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED.
- The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
- Have attended or currently attending tech/trade school/2-year college with Automotive training program
