Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an outcome-focused Associate Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement (TASE) team.

This position will be based in Melbourne, FL. On‑site support will be required as business needs permit, and occasional travel required, as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to support multiple competing priorities across various scopes of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with TASE PMs, participate in planning on-site and virtual external hiring events

  • Partner with Talent Attraction PM to execute various hiring campaigns

  • Help develop and support staffing initiatives aligned to our business demand including developing documents and presentations to our business stakeholders

  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation; proactively identify and escalate risks or roadblocks to project leads

  • Compile, analyze, and summarize basic data/metrics to inform stakeholders to make appropriate business decisions

  • Facilitate project meetings (agenda creation, action tracking, follow-up)

  • Support change management and communication efforts for new TA tools, processes, and campaigns

  • Other projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Excel for tracking and reporting and PowerPoint for building clear, professional presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience overseeing tasks, workstreams with deadlines (e.g., event planning, team projects, marketing campaigns)

Primary Level Salary Range: $54,400.00 - $81,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
