We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Management Leader for our McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). A high mix and fast‑paced factory responsible for Electro‑Optical Infrared (EOIR) and Radio Frequency (RF) system integration supporting multiple Raytheon Business Units. In this role, you will lead the Product Management organization responsible for both Production Programs and New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction for the entire McKinney CMC portfolio.

What You Will Do:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to balance customer commitments with operational excellence in a demanding high mix environment.
  • Highly organized, adaptable and can efficiently manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Ability to balance competing demands, stay focused under pressure, meet deadlines, and seamlessly shift between responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attend to detail.
  • Develop and lead a high performing Product Management team that drives customer satisfaction, ensures quality, schedule, and financial performance, and coordinates cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead teams collaboratively across all of Operations and Supply Chain and key business partners in Program Operations Management (POM), Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering and Mission Assurance.
  • Own and organize the McKinney CMC business portfolio by monitoring and communicating its health regarding demand, schedule, quality, and quality.
  • Establish and track McKinney CMC performance to plan with demand, schedule, material, and cost while working with other functional support areas.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual problem‑solving ability with a talent for structuring ambiguous challenges and driving pragmatic execution.
  • Serve as the escalation point within the factory for all programs, voice of customer into the factory.
  • Communicate with leaders within the factory and functional leaders to drive accountability for end-to-end product delivery.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
  • Experience in factory operations, program management, engineering, and/or supply chain, with demonstrated team leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, CORE, Lean Manufacturing processes, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, EOIR and RF system integration.
  • Experience with SAP, CMES, shop-floor management systems, or other enterprise business platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience using metrics to drive on‑time delivery (OTD), cost performance, and quality improvements.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
