In this position you will provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist sales and customer service objectives. We are looking for candidates who will meet our customers’ expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes and systems by being accountable, having a voice and acting.
This position supports the Core Surgical Technologies (CST) portfolio and will partner with healthcare professionals in operating room environments. The role provides clinical and technical support for surgical technologies used across a variety of procedures, including energy-based surgical devices, electrosurgery, vessel sealing, and related surgical instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the operating room (OR), surgical procedures, or technologies commonly used in surgical settings. This will be a Flexwork position.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Conduct on-site education and / or consulting
- Support field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers
- Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute plans of sales for within one or more business unit(s)
- Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness
- Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support
- Identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team
- Serve as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Radiologic Technologist license in good standing, as required by state and local regulations
- Intermediate - advanced level of English
- Experience in Operating Room (OR), Surgical Services, Interventional Procedures, or Medical Devices supporting surgical specialties
- Experience providing clinical education, case support, or technical support to physicians and healthcare professionals during procedures
- Expertise with Microsoft tools
Salary range $57,500 (USD)
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
