Job Responsibilities:
- Assembles OEM parts into finished products.
- Provide technical expertise in production issues
- Reads technical instructions related to mechanical assembly.
- Ensures quality and timeliness of delivery of assembled products
- Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities. Handle more complex equipment and machinery.
- Ability to perform quick failure analysis and propose actions to the team lead/supervisor.
- Assembles and/or installs, Test various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices.
- Work with Quality Team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer / international.
- Has the initiative in work and a good team worker. Other duties may be assigned
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years of associate technical course or short vocational course.
- Able to read technical design drawings and instructions or schematic diagrams.
- Preferably with experience as Assembly Technician/Operator
- Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
- Perform routine task in preparation in assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities
