This position is located onsite in Tucson, AZ. Relocation is not available.

What You Will Do:

  • Support and deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) per program schedule.

  • Cross functional integration to meet program milestones.

  • Support Risk & Opportunity efforts in accordance with Raytheon’s procedures.

  • Relationship development with the various AD teams to provide familiarity with customer engagements, scheduling and sell-off process/requirements, shipping processes/requirements.

  • Maintains Program Management Plans.

  • Develop internal and external executive-level communications.

  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and administrative functions.

  • Coordinate customer program reviews and factory tours.

  • Develop and deploy best practices into the PMO.

  • Morale activity planning.

  • Support PMO CORE projects.

  • Staying proficient in company policy and directive changes and resulting implications warranting change management facilitation.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20 percent.

Qualifications We Require:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

  • Ability to operate independently in an extremely fast-paced environment to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation of appropriate individuals across the business.

  • Experience creating Basis of Estimating (BOEs) to support labor and material bids.

  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.

Relocation is not available for this role.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
