Agentic Transformation Strategist

As an Agentic Transformation Strategist, you are the organizational leader who ensures that the incredible capabilities engineered by technical teams translate into real-world impact, widespread adoption, and measurable value.
You will identify automation opportunities, define business requirements, and ensure that new AI driven workflows are trusted, understood, and embraced by the workforce. You design and execute structured change strategies, build training programs, and prepare executives and end-users for a future where humans and AI agents collaborate seamlessly.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, IT project management, or a hybrid strategy execution role
2+ years of experience supporting Generative AI, enterprise automation, or intelligent workflow initiatives
Experience leading organizational change efforts or technology rollouts impacting 200+ users
Experience developing instructional content, training programs, or learning modules and facilitating live training sessions
Ability to build executive ready slide decks and deliver briefings to VP, Csuite, or GO/FO audiences
Ability to clearly explain AI concepts, including agent behaviors, orchestration, prompt engineering, and human in the loop, at a nontechnical level
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with low code/no code automation tools or enterprise AI platforms, such as Power Automate, Zapier, or AI hubs
Experience working with external technology vendors or integration partners
Experience in leading decision briefings, running workshops, or supporting strategic planning
Lean Six Sigma certification
PMP, PMIACP, or CSM certification
Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
