Job summary
ACS Global Business Manager for ACS Workstation Business is a senior individual contributor role responsible for goal setting, performance tracking, of the Workstations Business in North America and Latin America.
Operating at a global, strategic level, this role partners closely with GBU, Sales, Market Category teams, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to manage business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate action plans and strategies.
Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitate information validation and management decision making process.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.
Responsibilities:
HP Workstations, Global and North America & Latin America
- Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations. Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.
- Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Partner with each market: track and influence order intake / Sell Thru / Weeks of Stock / Channel Inventory/ Top Deals tracking and get clear detailed view on future demand evolution. Secured key deals/escalations execution with Supply Chain.
- Work with Category Ops team on demand steering guidance & drive execution with each market
- Develop actionable insights on market dynamics, competitive positioning, AI industry trends, customer demand patterns, and Total Addressable Market (TAM) evolution to influence business strategy and investment priorities.
- In charge to proactively build recommendation and drive related actions to secure order execution.
Education and Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Management, or business analytics, experience in product strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area is a plus.
- Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams to define business strategy, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Strong executive communication skills; able to distill complexity into clear, actionable strategy.
- Experience working effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of PC and Workstation business, and enterprise technology market trends.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations and executive-level communications.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in rapidly evolving markets.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques (AI) to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
