ACS Academy Program Manager

The ACS Academy Program Manager sits within the Advanced Compute Solutions Sales Enablement organization and serves as the end-to-end owner of the ACS Academy ecosystem—spanning internal sales enablement and partner-facing platforms. This role is responsible for defining and executing a scalable strategy with ACS Academy as the primary destination for training, content, and community engagement across both sales and partner audiences.
This leader will drive the evolution of ACS Academy as a high-impact engagement platform, shaping seller and partner behavior, increasing adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Success requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate insights into action at scale.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of ACS Academy across internal and partner audiences
Lead platform experience and feature roadmap, aligning features to business outcomes
Drive adoption, engagement, and “stickiness” across:
ACS Academy for Internal Sales teams
ACS Academy for partners / external users
Build and execute scalable engagement programs and campaigns to increase repeat usage and behavior change
Establish and track success metrics (engagement, logins, completions, asset usage, partner activation)
Translate insights into clear actions and platform/program improvements
Partner across sales, product, marketing, partners, and enablement teams to drive alignment and content integration
Partner with sales enablement team to define and drive a global content strategy, ensuring the right mix of training, sales assets, and community content
Influence stakeholders to ensure high-value content is visible, prioritized, and utilized
Own budget management, including platform delivery, roadmap alignment, and performance outcomes
Drive cross-functional governance and prioritization to scale ACS Academy as the primary enablement channel
Own and manage 3rd party relationships
Education and Experience Required
10+ years in program management, sales enablement, product marketing, or related field
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs and platforms
Strong experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and executive-level alignment
Experience working with or managing external vendors and platform providers
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or Masters / MBA)
Knowledge and Skills
Proven ability to drive adoption and sustained engagement for platforms across internal and external (partner) audiences
Strong strategic mindset with ability to connect platform strategy to business impact
Data-driven leader with experience in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
Exceptional ability to influence without authority across complex organizations
Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Experience building and scaling global programs with measurable outcomes
Ability to translate insights into action and continuously evolve strategy
Strong leadership presence with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
