  • Define and operationalize how Sales invites priority accounts to ABM events, webinars, roundtables, executive briefings, partner events, and third-party engagements, including invitation cadence, follow-up workflows, and next-best actions.
  • Partner with Sales and ABM Managers to ensure priority accounts, target stakeholders, buying centers, engagement signals, and campaign actions are reflected consistently in SAR / account plans.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to automate Sales and Marketing engagement where possible, including lead routing, Sales alerts, event attendee follow-up, engagement signals, SLAs, and campaign response workflows.
  • Create Sales-ready engagement tools, including outreach sequences, LinkedIn messages, event invite copy, executive notes, conversation guides, talk tracks, objection handling, and meeting follow-up templates.
  • Track Sales adoption and engagement performance across outreach activity, event invitations, follow-up completion, SAR / account plan updates, meetings created, account progression, and pipeline influence.
  • Capture Sales feedback on lead quality, event relevance, account signals, messaging effectiveness, and asset usability to continuously improve ABM engagement motions.
