2nd Shift Tool Room Team Member

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Tool Room Team Member is responsible for supporting and assisting the assigned Machinist(s) to produce high quality components. This role is also responsible for day-to-day shop cleanliness and organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for completing all assigned tasks as directed by the assigned Machinist and/or Tool Room management team members.
- Tracking hours worked for each assigned work order to ensure tool room resource efficiency.
- Perform all necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Assist other machinists with workflow organization.
- Assist other machinists with handling raw materials and fixture assembly.
- Responsible for performing assignments outside the tool room with various cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for delivering materials or goods between plants.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
WHAT TO BRING
- Excellent attendance history.
- Meet the Following Physical Demands:
- High level of hand dexterity/coordination.
- 20/30 corrected eyesight with color recognition.
- Ability to read and comprehend English-based operation sheets.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
WHAT WILL HELP
- One year manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma preferred.
