Job Description:

⚠️ Important: This is NOT an IT Project Manager Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead multiple strategic projects using Finning’s Project Management & Continuous Improvement frameworks

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define project charters, roadmaps, and execution plans

  • Deliver results aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgets

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance and efficiency

  • Drive change management to ensure long-term adoption and success

  • Mentor and support Project Leads to build internal capability

  • Collaborate across teams to solve complex problems and implement sustainable solutions

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and project excellence

  • Support teams with tools, reporting, and project structure best practices

  • Coordinate large initiatives alongside the Process Improvement Manager

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of project management experience (business improvement/change management focus)

  • 5+ years of progressive business experience (consulting is a plus)

  • Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, or Process Improvement

  • Strong understanding of project management and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Experience with CAT Product Link technology (highly preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio

  • Familiarity with Caterpillar operations is an asset

Key Strengths:

  • Able to influence and lead without formal authority

  • Strong communicator, presenter, and facilitator

  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  • Results-driven with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering value
