The Opportunity:
The MWIII Bridge project is centered around developing and supporting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities, which will be implemented both across the enterprise and as stand-alone deployments throughout the Intelligence Community (IC). Team members will be involved in a variety of tasks, including program management, mission support, software integration and development, systems engineering, migration activities, testing, documentation creation, as well as network and system monitoring. There's also a strong focus on configuration control and release management to ensure each deployment is smooth and secure. CACI's the Prime Contractor on the MWIII Bridge project. This position is located in the Hanover, MD area.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of developers, QA, DevOps, and system engineers.

  • Provide SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) support for the GATEKEEPER product.

  • Assist in building GATEKEEPER product installations.

  • Manage GATEKEEPER product installations for DoD (Department of Defense) customers.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

  • 10 years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.)


Desired:

  • Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with:  System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness / Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards

  • Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts

  • Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements

  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines

  • Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms (AWS Foundational Level Certification / RDS and relational database experience in the cloud)

  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines

  • RDBMS experience (tuning, migration, optimization)

  • Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonus

  • Terraform, CloudFormation (CDK)

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$113,200 - $237,800
