We are looking for a Material Handler to perform a variety of manual and administrative tasks associated with inventory control and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures. You will receive, verify and post inventory into the SAP system.
Position is Onsite: Shift schedule is Monday – Friday from 6:30AM – 3:00PM with overtime and weekend work as needed.
What You Will Do
Count and verify parts against supplier packing slips and review for damage.
Receive inbound material in SAP and note any discrepancies.
Manage non-conforming material via grief line and coordinate with supply chain to resolve.
Storage/warehousing of material using powered industrial vehicles.
Ability to obtain Forklift certification and operate heavy machinery to include cranes, forklifts, tuggers, etc.
Perform SAP transactions for goods movements.
Maintain awareness of production rates and part requirements.
Use powered hand tools to open crates and verify & load crated materials.
Manage Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) material via SAP & Microsoft Excel.
Engage in 5S activities and ensure a FOD free inventory environment.
Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams).
Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs, stand in position at times up to a minimum of 8 hours per day and working outdoors in the elements as needed.
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Inventory Management.
Forklift Experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle certification.
SAP/ERP or other inventory management systems experience.
Continuous Improvement experience: Lean, Six Sigma, CORE and/or ACE
APICS CPIM or CLTD training/certification
Cycle counting experience

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
