Motorola Solutions is a leading organization focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a technology company dedicated to providing communication and security systems for public safety agencies and enterprises, we are constantly evolving our digital landscape. We are seeking a visionary Oracle Fusion CX Cloud leader to drive our Customer Experience transformation within the Global IT Sales organization. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology, driving digital excellence across our global sales and service ecosystems.
Job Description
As an IT Leader within the IT Global Sales organization, you will be the strategic driver of our Oracle Fusion CX Cloud environment. You will be responsible for leading large-scale implementations, defining the technical and functional roadmap, and ensuring that our Sales CX suite is fully optimized to support our global growth. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to mentor high-performing consulting teams while managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategy for Oracle Fusion CX Cloud. Define and execute a multi-year roadmap that aligns with Motorola Solutions’ "Lead-to-Cash" global processes.
Solution Architecture: Design scalable, integrated solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for all API-led data flow between Oracle CX, ERP (Oracle Fusion/EBS), and third-party systems. This includes designing solutions for the Fusion CPQ and Pricing to ensure seamless integration, leveraging Oracle's productized integrations.
Practice & Project Management: Oversee multiple work-streams of CX implementations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets ROI targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary advisor to executive stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into business value and drive executive alignment on digital transformation initiatives.
Process Engineering: Analyze and re-engineer global business processes. Leverage Oracle CX best practices to automate workflows, improve user experience for sales and service agents, and enhance data integrity.
Mentorship & Team Growth: Lead and develop a team of internal analysts and external partners. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery.
Innovation & Trends: Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion AI features by designing solutions that leverage a unified data model across the Fusion ecosystem. Plan for the integration of emerging AI solutions like Oracle's embedded AI agents and the upcoming Oracle AI Fusion learning paths.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, Consulting or IT management.
4+ years of hands-on leadership experience specifically within Oracle SaaS platforms.
Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle implementations of IT solutions.
Functional knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes
Exceptional communication with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters or advanced degree in a technical field.
Oracle Fusion CX Cloud Certifications (Implementation Consultant or Architect levels).
Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, or Oracle Field Service Cloud (TOA).
Prior experience in a "Big 4" or global technology consulting firm at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
Target Base Salary Range: $175,000 USD - $190,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago office 1-2 days per week.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, Consulting or IT management.
AND 4+ years of hands-on leadership experience specifically within Oracle SaaS platforms.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
