Job Summary
• This role is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, provide adaptive solutions, and build relationships with key executives. The role optimizes solutions within the customer's IT strategy, anticipates dependencies, and conducts testing. The role actively participates in planning while directing solution activities and contributing to transition solutions, cost estimation, and modelling.

Responsibilities
• Onboarding (mobilization) of new customers on the HP PrintOS platform, configuring applications and templates, organizing projects, and leading kickoff meetings
• Provides adaptive solutions to meet client requirements and evaluates value-add alternatives.
• Delivering a structured four-week training program, documenting, and recording sessions, understanding customer workflows to optimize automation, and gathering feedback for product improvement
• Optimizes solutions within the broader customer IT strategy, considering growth path, scalability, and business impact.
• Providing ongoing configuration and customization services (retainers), tracking and reporting time spent occasionally liaising with customers on behalf of clients, and offering proactive support for new products and workflows
• Actively participates in account and opportunity planning, provides solution advice, drives proposals and presentations during pursuit, and collaborates with other teams and resources within the organization.

Collaboration with sales and internal teams, and accurately scoping larger support efforts when needed
• Directs solution activities, influences peers, and leads service element integration within the tower; guides financial analysts, writers, and others in consolidating models and assumptions.
• Develops comprehensive transition solutions and actively participates in solution and peer reviews for higher-level governance.
• Assists in cost estimation for proposed solutions and helps develop pricing models for customers.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Technical studies, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

5-10 years of print production experience 

Ability to work independently to keep projects on schedule and report blocking issues to resolve as soon as possible

• Comfortable working with customers to train and support them remotely, via Zoom or Teams

• Basic knowledge of HTML and JSON languages

• Comfortable with MS Excel type computation 

• Experience collaborating with remote team members, communications, and knowledge sharing
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical/consultative selling, project/program management, delivery or account management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $133,950 to $210,300 USD
annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
