Infrastructure Analyst
The Opportunity:
The infrastructure analyst provides analytical and planning support for infrastructure investment programs and emerging strategic initiatives across the Pacific region. Conducts engineering-based assessments, planning studies, and technical reviews to evaluate investment priorities, sustainment requirements, and long-term capability needs. Develops and maintains Basic Facility Requirements in coordination with supported units to validate required capacity, space, and functional needs against mission requirements. Analyzes existing assets and proposed projects to assess feasibility, alignment with requirements, and overall mission support value. Performs asset inventories and condition assessments to inform prioritization, gap identification, and investment decision-making. Tracks program execution through governance processes, including congressional approval milestones and senior-level working groups. Develops recommendations to improve resilience, readiness, and long-term regional infrastructure planning in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in infrastructure planning, engineering-based assessments, or government or military analytical environments
Experience with Marine Corps logistics concepts, capabilities, force structure, and organizational planning
Experience conducting infrastructure evaluations, real property inventories, condition assessments, investment prioritization analyses, supporting infrastructure investment and sustainment program reviews, working groups, or governance forums at the senior level
Experience briefing, writing, and presenting analytical findings to senior executive and general officer level audiences
Experience in artificial intelligence-enabled tools, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Office applications to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Knowledge of Basic Facility Requirements development, validation, and application, including coordination with supported units to define required capacity, space, and functional needs aligned to mission requirements
Knowledge of applicable technical standards and criteria used to evaluate infrastructure development, sustainment requirements, infrastructure planning processes, program governance, and long-range investment prioritization within large defense organizations
Ability to analyze complex datasets, develop gap analyses, and support long-range planning and decision-making processes
Secret clearance

Lean Six Sigma Certification
Project Management Professional Certification
Graduate of professional military education in operational planning or expeditionary warfare

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
