Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level)

Argon STBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Level B or C) to join our team in Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance on factory equipment
Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment
Responds to requests for equipment repair
Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories
Works under limited supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Associate’s Degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 1 or more years of equivalent technical experience
1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Please enter your
4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Lock Out / Tag Out / Try Out (LOTOTO) Training
High Voltage Safety Training
Previous experience developing and executing preventative maintenance plans for plant machinery or electronic equipment
Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical devices

Associate (Level B) Summary pay range: $52,700 - $71,300
Mid-Level (Level C) Summary pay range: $62,050 - $83,950
