Customer Fleet Director – Asia Pacific Region
Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines Customer Support is seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Customer Fleet Director (CFD) to serve as the primary interface for major airline customers across Asia Pacific. This highly visible role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of Field Service Representatives who support the operation and maintenance of P&W and IAE products.
The ideal candidate blends technical knowledge with strong business acumen and leadership capability in owning customer fleet health, anticipating fleet needs, and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver world‑class support.
What You Will Do:
Fleet Health & Technical Leadership
• Monitor customer operating fleets to detect, assess, and manage emerging technical issues before they impact operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Technical Service, Programs, Spares, and Fleet Teams to develop and implement fleet management plans.
• Serve as the central point of communication for fleet actions, coordinating resources to minimize disruption and mitigate AOG risk.
• Develop and manage entry‑into‑service plans to ensure seamless introduction of new products into customer operations.
Customer Relationship & Business Management
• Own the end‑to‑end customer support relationship, apply formal and informal feedback methods, and drive action plans that improve satisfaction.
• Partner closely with P&W Fleet Management to support IAE FHAs and FMPs in providing accurate, up‑to‑date shop visit forecasts for P&W and IAE fleets
Communicate changes proactively with internal planning organizations.
• Work with customers and internal teams to develop support proposals for non‑contractual warranty claims.
• Identify and communicate sales and support opportunities to the CFT and customer business directors.
Leadership, People Development & Field Support
• Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Representatives, ensuring they provide 24/7 coverage for critical customer needs.
• Ensure field office staffing aligns with customer requirements and maintain succession plans for key roles.
• Guide career development, skill progression, and readiness for future assignments across the field organization.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of aerospace experience; OR an advanced degree with 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Sales, Aftermarket, Operations, Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Understanding of airline operations, including reliability management, AOG processes, fleet planning, and cost-of-ownership drivers.
• Experience supporting or managing engine configurations, service bulletins, and AD compliance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior‑level relationships. Account management skills across maintenance, engineering, flight operations, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Experience communicating effectively across all levels of an organization and a consistent track record of solving complex problems with initiative and urgency.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
