Reporting to the CVA Execution Manager this role is responsible to deliver the maintenance services to customers through monitoring machine hour usage and coordinating appointments to complete services within specific on-time delivery parameters.If you are interested in joining our team please apply today!
Job Description:
- Manage customer interaction by responding to incoming service and customer inquiries and telephone calls, informing customers of services and estimated time of completion of jobs in compliance with the signed maintenance contract.
- Update monitoring spreadsheets, VisionLink and other contract administration tasks.
- Support other team members with training and overflow work.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of quoting repair options and repair structure and job set up, SWIP management process and financial impacts
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Access, Excel and Word
- Proficient in INFOR and internal systems is an asset
- Understanding of Finning’s Customer Service Commitment, warranty program, service billing process and procedures, Finning and Caterpillar warranty processes
- Understanding of work task safety requirements and risks
- Ability to use SIS to validate parts lists and service checklist requirements
- Experience with Power Systems ( CAT and Non CAT) considered an asset
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in customer service, Caterpillar dealership experience and/or experience in equipment, service, parts and/or warranty
- Infor M3 extensive working knowledge
- Understanding of financial impacts of contract management
