This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot SSBU within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the management of cost control, EVMS compliance and execution of the existing backlog. Additionally this position offers the opportunity to support the capture of new business with a potential value of ~$5B.

The candidate will lead and manage a finance team of 2-4 finance professionals. This role will be a key member of the Program Team and will be responsible for leadership and influence of the Program Leadership Team along with forming partnerships with our external customers.

The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of the financial control including review of the financial forecasts, manpower reporting / operational workforce planning, development of the annual operating plan and long range plan, Earned Value reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals, negotiations and gate support. This position requires proactive leadership and significant partnership with the Program Directors, Program Managers, and Functional partners to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operations and financial objectives. Additionally, this role will be responsible leading all program capture activities and all elements of the financial interaction with Customer representatives.

This role is being offered as hybrid (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate being commutable to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

  • Ability to juggle multiple contracts and programs across different customers

  • Earned Value Management

  • Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete

  • Prepare manpower reports to support Global Patriot and LADS level staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure

  • Support proposal development and program start up activities

  • Partnership with Landed Company personnel (Raytheon Emirates Limited)

  • Business Capture strategy and proposal generation

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance experience

  • Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems and tools

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and processes

  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Experience with Raytheon business systems SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with Proposals

  • Ability to multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently with ability to meet critical deadlines and develop/apply solutions and process improvement

  • Ability to communicate with international partners where English is a second language

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrate ability to interact, influence, and or lead unique teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
