You Have:
3+ years of experience in architectural design, space planning, or interior design including commercial, federal, or military projects
Experience producing comprehensive design packages, including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish schedules
Experience in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp or Rhino
Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), Life Safety Codes, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines
Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams including MEP, structural, and civil to integrate building systems into cohesive designs
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Nice If You Have:
Experience working directly with DoD clients, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)
Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
Possession of strong presentation and communication skills to effectively brief stakeholders and leadership on design concepts
Top Secret clearance
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Registered Architect (RA) license, or National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
