Administrative Analyst - JIATF
The Opportunity:
The person in this role will Perform as an Administrative Analyst supporting a Joint Interagency Task Force that reports to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, to better align authorities and resources to rapidly deliver Joint C-sUAS capabilities to America's warfighters, defeat adversary threats, and promote sovereignty over national airspace.
Responsibilities:
- Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the JIATF and others as necessary
- Individual work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information
- Manage JIATF calendar using MS Outlook
- Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
- Prepares a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
- Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
- May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma/ Equivalent and more than 5 Years Experience
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software
- Proficient with Defense Travel System
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and more than 5 years' experience or High School Diploma/ Equivalent and more than 10 Years Experience
- Some knowledge of SharePoint is a plus

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
